Break-even calculator
See how many sales a month cover your costs, and what every sale after that adds. Free, no sign-up, nothing leaves your browser.
That's about 2.7 sales a day over a 30-day month.
How it works
Each sale brings in its price, minus what that sale costs you, including the card fee. What's left is the contribution. Divide your monthly fixed costs by the contribution and you get the number of sales that covers them. Every sale after that is profit.
Ways to break even sooner
Raise the price a little, cut the cost of each sale, or trim fixed costs. A small price rise usually moves the break-even point more than people expect, because all of it goes to the contribution.
