A big price is easier to say yes to when it is split. A deposit up front commits the customer and covers your first costs, and the rest arrives on dates you both agreed.

Send the schedule with the dates and amounts before the first payment, and say what happens if a payment is missed. A payment link for each instalment makes paying on time the easy option.
